In the JUNK DRAWER DRAMA WORKSHOP students use found and made objects to explore theatre making and story telling. Working in teams, participants develop performance works based on a common fable.
The JUNK DRAWER DRAMA WORKSHOP has been offered at such venues and institutions as:

Susan J. Vitucci is librettist, director, puppet designer, and performer of the acclaimed puppet operetta Love’s Fowl (music by Henry Krieger) that features the puppet star La Pulcina Piccola. Love’s Fowl gained wide recognition from a feature story that is often rebroadcast on public radio’s “This American Life”. Love’s Fowl enjoyed a successful run at New York Theatre Workshop and has toured the U.S. at venues including the Spoleto USA Festival, in Oregon at the Portland Institute of Contemporary Art's TBA festival, at Dartmouth College’s Hopkins Center, among others. Susan's Love’s Fowl puppets were nominated for American Theatre Wing Hewes Design Award.
