Supplies and Technical Requirements

Maximum enrollment: 25

Minimum space required: 20” x 20” studio

Student preparation:  Each participant must bring three to five objects to the workshop. Objects should be neither fragile nor valuable and might include toys, small appliances, packing or storage materials, tools, and other odds and ends.

Supplies and technical requirements:

1. •Chairs sufficient to accommodate participants and observers
   

2. •Video playback equipment (VHS and DVD)
   

3. •Four (4) 6’ or 8’ banquet tables
   

4. •Four (4) clip lights (inexpensive hardware store variety) with bulbs and four (4) extension cords
   

5. •Access to a prop cabinet/room and/or assorted objects (50 or more in addition to those brought by participants) that might include kitchen tools such as a spatula, wooden spoons; toy gun(s), plastic flowers, dolls, hammer, wrench, various toys, hats, telephone(s), etc. None should be fragile or valuable.
   

6. •Assorted supplies including cardboard, colored paper, string, ribbon, glue sticks, scotch tape, masking tape, gel scraps, markers, and several small cardboard boxes of various sizes
